Why do I get blank bubbles in text messages
When receiving emojis via text message from people on a different carrier, it sends me a blank bubble. How do I fix this?

Are they send from Apple devices?

No, they are not Apple devices.
Then they are not using Unicode standards.

You can't. The device that send you should do it using the supported unicode emoji.
